THANK YOU FOR CHOOSING GALWAVE We strictly uphold the quality of our products. While we hope you are delighted with your order, we understand that sometimes a return is necessary. Below is our comprehensive policy regarding returns, refunds, and product conditions.

1. RETURN TIMEFRAME & NOTIFICATION To initiate a return, you must strictly adhere to the following procedure:

  • Notification Period: You must formally notify GalWave of your intent to return an item within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date you received the product.

  • Mandatory Photographic Proof: Your return request must include clear photographs of the item, demonstrating its pristine condition and original packaging. This is a mandatory requirement to verify the product's status prior to shipping.

  • Late Requests: Requests submitted after the 14-day window or without photographic proof will not be processed.

2. ELIGIBILITY & CONDITION OF ITEMS Returns are accepted solely for items that are in a "Resellable Condition." To qualify for a refund, the item must meet ALL of the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and free of any odors (including perfume or smoke).

  • The item must be in its original packaging, with all original tags, labels, and protective seals intact and attached.

  • Final Inspection: All returns are subject to a rigorous physical inspection upon arrival at our facility. GalWave reserves the sole and exclusive right to determine if an item has been used, damaged, or altered. Items that fail inspection will be returned to the Customer at their own expense, and no refund will be issued.

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS (FINAL SALE) The following categories are exempt from returns and are considered Final Sale:

  • Lingerie & Swimwear: For strict hygiene and health safety reasons.

  • Perishable Goods: Including food, beverages, or flowers.

  • Damaged Items: Any item that has been damaged, broken, or altered due to Customer misuse or negligence.

4. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  • Customer Responsibility: The Customer bears full financial responsibility for all return shipping costs.

  • Logistics: You may return the item to the facility address provided by our support team.

  • Non-Refundable: Return shipping fees are non-refundable. The Customer is advised to use a trackable shipping service, as GalWave does not guarantee receipt of your returned item.

5. REFUND PROCESSING

  • Approval: Refunds are processed only after the item has been received and has passed our quality inspection.

  • Timeline: Once approved, the refund will be processed within up to five (5) business days.

  • Method: The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

6. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Tel-Aviv (or Central District), Israel. This clause applies to all international transactions.
