14. GOVERNING LAW These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Tel-Aviv (or Central District), Israel.
