Below you will find our shipping and delivery terms.
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS This Shipping & Delivery Policy ("Policy") governs the shipment and delivery of all products purchased through GalWave ("Company," "we," "us"). By placing an order, the Customer ("you") acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined herein. GalWave operates a global hybrid logistics model, utilizing both domestic inventory and a network of international suppliers and fulfillment centers to optimize product availability.
2. FULFILLMENT MODELS & TRANSIT TIMES The estimated delivery timeframe constitutes a non-binding estimate based on the origin of the purchased item. The specific fulfillment source is indicated on the product page or during the checkout process.

2.1. Domestic Fulfillment (Local Inventory): Items dispatched from our local distribution centers are processed and delivered within a timeframe of up to eight (14) business days from the date of dispatch.

International Fulfillment (Cross-Border Shipment): Items sourced directly from our international partners and global warehouses (including but not limited to facilities in Europe, the USA, or Asia) require a longer transit period. The delivery timeframe for such items is up to thirty-five (35) calendar days.

2.3. Order Processing (Handling Time): The timeframes specified in Sections 2.1 and 2.2 refer exclusively to the transit time. Please allow for an additional 1-3 business days for order verification, quality assurance, packaging, and dispatch.
3. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES For all international shipments, GalWave operates on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis.

3.1. Importer of Record: The Customer is legally considered the "Importer of Record" and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

3.2. Liability for Charges: Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of applicable taxes. All import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), customs fees, and brokerage charges levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the Customer.

3.3. Refusal of Delivery: Should the Customer refuse to accept delivery due to objection to customs fees, the package will be deemed "Abandoned." The Company reserves the right to deduct all return shipping costs and handling fees from any refund due to the Customer.
4. SHIPMENT TRACKING & LIABILITY Upon dispatch, the Company shall provide the Customer with a tracking number via email. It is the Customer's responsibility to monitor the shipment status and facilitate receipt of the package.
5. DELIVERY FAILURES In the event that a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address provided by the Customer or failure to collect the package, the Customer shall be liable for all costs associated with the return shipment and any subsequent re-shipment attempts.
6. FORCE MAJEURE GalWave shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemics, strikes, or significant disruptions in global supply chains.
